These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, learning platform, programs, and courses provided by SturdyWings Education and Consultancy. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. They take effect from December 29, 2025.

1. Definitions

• "SturdyWings", "we", "us" means SturdyWings Education and Consultancy.
• "Services" means our website, learning platform, mentorship and coaching programs, and online courses.
• "User", "you" means any person who accesses or uses the Services.
• "Content" means courses, videos, documents, and other materials made available through the Services.

2. Account registration

You must give accurate and complete information when you create an account, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. User responsibilities

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You must not share your account, copy or redistribute Content, upload harmful or offensive material, harass other users or facilitators, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Services.

4. Intellectual property

All Content and branding on the Services belong to SturdyWings or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access Content for your own learning. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute it without our written permission.

5. Payments and billing

• Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors.
• All sales are final unless the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to deliver valuable programs and Content, but we do not guarantee particular results, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SturdyWings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

10. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If it is not resolved, it will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and, for significant changes, let you know by email or through the platform. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
