We talk through your life vision, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and agree the best way to get you there.

We set clear goals together, then get on board with regular mentorship and accountability to drive you towards them.

Started in 2020 and still running today, as part of our commitment to give back.

Free medical outreaches to local communities, held since 2020.
2018
Foundation year
We began training and empowering young people, helping set up 10 businesses and making their founders self-reliant.
2019
Expansion
We doubled our reach, supporting young people to set up 20 businesses through training and mentorship.
2020 onwards
Community impact
Alongside our programs, we started a free school and free medical outreaches that continue to this day.
What happens on a discovery call?
It is a conversation about your life vision and where you are today, using a simple SWOT review of your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. You leave with a clearer picture of your next step and our honest recommendation on which program, if any, fits.
Do you work with people outside Nigeria?
Yes. Our team is based in Abuja, Nigeria and Scotland, UK, and we can meet online wherever you are.
How long does a program last?
It depends on your goals. Some people need a focused few weeks, others prefer ongoing mentorship. We agree the length, format, and cost with you after the discovery call, so there are no surprises.
What is the difference between your programs and online courses?
Programs are personal: you work with a mentor or coach on your own goals. Online courses are self-paced lessons on the SturdyWings learning platform that you can take at any time, on their own or alongside a program.
Can you train our team or organization?
Yes. We run leadership, personal development, and customer service training for teams, and can set your staff up on our learning platform. See our page for organizations or book a call to talk it through.
